| Description: | Work closely with committees and staff in charge of managing and coordinating Community Outreach as well as the Operations Plan in the areas of transportation, parking, warehousing, deliveries, equipment, and services. The dates listed are approximate and we are willing to work with your school schedules. After the application process is completed the Host Committee will work with the selected applicants to determine an exact schedule. |
| Duties: | Provide general project support to the President and CEO, Sr. Vice President, and Vice President of Event Operations. Projects will include but are not limited to: venue operations, transportation and parking, logistics, guest services, community school and education programs, and NFL community impact programs. Administrative duties such as copying, filing, and answering phones as needed. |
| Qualifications: | The 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee is seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals that are recent graduates or currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs. Candidates with majors in, or working knowledge of the following will be considered more strongly but if you believe you are up to the task please continue with the application process. Useful Majors/Knowledge: Sports Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Media Relations, Finance, Community Relations, Volunteer Coordination, Hospitality Services, Website Management, Environmental Science, Youth Program Coordination and Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus. Communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is important. |
